​As any other online shop we receive personal information about our customers. Our objective on the privacy policy is that you can trust that we process the personal information we receive about you in a secure manner. ​

We process the following general personal information about our private customers:

In addition, we process the following personal information about our business customers:
Company name, names of contacts, company address, postal code. and city, mail, and company phone number, bank information and CVR no.


3. We use personal information for the following purposes.
We use personal information about customers only in connection with contact, payment and invoicing.

4. Disclosure of personal information.
We do not disclose your information to anyone.

5. Storage of your personal information.
We only store your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes required by a given task. We will then securely delete or anonymize your personal information. As a general rule, we store your personal information for 3 months after the assignment.

6. Your rights.
When we process your information, you have the following rights:
• you have the right to request insight, correction or deletion of your personal information.
• you also have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data and have the processing of your personal data restricted.
• if the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Your revocation will not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to your revocation of your consent.
• you have the right to receive the personal information that you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
• you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Danish Data Protection Agency.

You can make use of your rights by revoking your consent, for example by contacting us by email or by calling us. There may be conditions or limitations to these rights. It is therefore not certain that you are entitled to data portability in the specific case, for example. It depends on the specific circumstances of the treatment activities. You can always contact us if you wish to complain about how your personal information is collected, stored or processed via greengroveantik@gmail.com. We strive to resolve a complaint as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, datatilsynet.dk.

7. Changing our privacy policy

This Privacy Policy supersedes all previous versions. It will be necessary to update and change this policy on an ongoing basis, and we therefore reserve the right to update and change it. In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email.
